    Clear No Sugar Added Juice (NO CITRUS) 1 Part Water to 1 Part Juice

    Clear Broth or Bouillon

    Decaffeinated Tea or Coffee

    Sugar Free Gelatin

    Sugar Free Popsicles

    Sugar Free Crystal light or Kool-aid

    Fruit Ice made from frozen Sugar Free Crystal light or Kool-aid

    Gatorade No more than 50 calories per 8 oz.

    Sugar Free NON-CARBONATED Flavor waters

    Clear Liquid Protein Drinks

    at least 64 OZ fluid 4-6 oz hourly. SIP




    START Vitamins and Minerals Chewable.

    Week 2 All The Above
    Plus




    High Protein Drinks (3) 4-6 oz shakes daily
    Less than 3 grams Fat
    RATIO: 3 grams Protein to 1 gram Carbs
    EXAMPLE Drink has 21 grams Protein it should have no more than 7 grams Carbs

    at least 64 OZ fluid
    4-6 oz hourly.
